For most of my life, I carried trauma that lived inside my body as illness. By my early 30s, I had been given 13 different diagnoses, my nervous system was in constant survival, and I even experienced stress-induced seizures. For years, I believed that being sick was simply who I was.
But what I came to understand was that my body was never failing me — it was protecting me. Every symptom was a signal. Every shutdown was a message asking me to listen.
That realization became the turning point of my life. I began rebuilding my health from the inside out — healing the root causes of illness, releasing old belief systems, and remembering the wisdom within my own body.
Over time, I moved out of disability, released over 100 pounds, and reclaimed my life in ways I was told would never be possible. I left behind the identity of being chronically ill and discovered what it feels like to live from vitality, alignment, and freedom.
Along the way, I trained in practices that supported this transformation: Reiki, Quantum Touch, intuitive energy clearing, and holistic coaching methods. I deepened my connection to medical intuition and somatic healing, weaving together the tools that became my lifeline. I also began creating sacred art — dreamcatchers, drawings, and energetic pieces that carry intention and healing frequency.
Now, my mission is to guide others who are ready to remember their own wholeness.
I offer three main pathways of support:
Transformational Coaching — guiding people through belief work, nervous system reconnection, and authentic life design.
Energy Medicine — Reiki, Quantum Touch, crystal healing, and home/space clearings to restore balance.
Sacred Art — dreamcatchers and intuitive drawings infused with prayer, energy, and intention.
I meet clients where they are — whether they’re navigating chronic illness, trauma, or simply longing for deeper alignment — and hold a compassionate space for healing, remembrance, and renewal.
This work is not just professional for me. It’s deeply personal. It comes from lived experience — from knowing the pain of self-abandonment, and the joy of coming home to myself again.
I am here to remind you: no matter how far gone things may feel, healing is always possible. You are not broken. You are becoming
“Healing doesn’t stop at understanding — it lives in the rewiring, in the embodied presence, in the moment the body finally feels safe enough to believe a new story.”
